Based on Jesus' saying "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations" (Matt 28:19), CCM is dedicated to helping people become effective leaders through a mentoring process.
The transformation is achieved by identifying where the individual is on his journey and helping him get connected to where he is trying to go.
Our foundation is based on a three step process
Lead People to Christ
Reach out into the community and help each person discover that God loves them and has an intricately detailed plan for their life. We do this through various types of outreach events.
Disciple The Believer
Helping the believer grow in their personal relationship with God. This happens through Bible study, teaching and helping people recognize their full potential, and in turn motivating them to grow into the fullness of God's plan for their life.
Reproduce
Helping the believer create an effective testimony and teaching them how to confidently share their faith and reach out to others. The cycle continues as they reproduce effective leaders in their respective communities.
